Payment information
Payments are made by bank transfer or in person; we do not store card details. Any payment-proof documents you upload are kept in private, access-controlled storage and are visible only to authorised staff.

We share information only as needed to deliver your trip — for example, with permit authorities, hotels, or transport partners. These parties receive the minimum information required.
